GillyFit Performance (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the GillyFit Performance mobile application and related services (“App”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our App.

By using the GillyFit Performance App, you agree to the terms described in this Privacy Policy.

  • Profile information (height, weight, sport, training goals)

  • Payment information (handled securely by Stripe, Apple, or Google — we do not store card numbers)

  • Device information (OS version, device model)

  • App usage data (features used, session duration)

  • Log information (IP address, crash logs, diagnostics)

1.3 Workout & Performance Data

  • Training logs

  • Movement assessments

  • Performance metrics (speed, strength, jump tests, etc.)

  • Attendance data
    This data is used only to deliver performance insights and improve your training experience.

1.4 Cookies & Tracking Technologies

  • Analytics tools (Firebase, Google Analytics, etc.)

  • Authentication tokens
    These are used to maintain app functionality and improve user experience.

We do not track users across third-party websites for advertising purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use data for the following purposes:

  • To create and manage user accounts

  • To deliver customized training programs

  • To track workout progress and performance metrics

  • To provide customer support

  • To improve app functionality and user experience

  • To send important notifications (class updates, scheduling changes, etc.)

  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to any third parties.

3. How We Share Your Information

We only share data with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate the App:

  • Payment processors (Apple, Google, Stripe)

8. Payment Information

All payments are processed securely by Apple, Google, or Stripe.
We never receive or store your full credit card number or banking details.

The App may use third-party tools, including but not limited to:

  • Firebase Analytics

  • Firebase Crashlytics

  • Stripe

  • Google Authentication

  • Apple Authentication

Each service has its own privacy policy.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed on servers located in the United States or other countries.
We follow GDPR-compliant safeguards for international transfers.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be posted in the App with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the App means you accept any changes.
