Ages 8–11
The GillyFit Foundations Program builds movement IQ, confidence, and coordination in young athletes. Through games, technique drills, and beginner strength work, athletes learn how to jump, run, land, and move the right way — setting the stage for years of elite training.

GILLYFIT RISING STRENGTH
Ages 12–13
Rising Strength teaches middle-school athletes the fundamentals of real strength & conditioning. We build technique, confidence under load, and proper mechanics so they enter high school fully prepared for varsity-level training. The perfect bridge between youth movement and real performance work.
